IN accordance with Clause 58 of “The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867,” it is hereby notified that the undermentioned Sections of Land have been Reserved under Clause 56 of the said Act :
District of Pelorus Sound—Kaiuma, part 1 of suburban Section number 26, 43 acres; on the Manaroa Run, Section number 6, 41 acres 1 road 22 perches; Hikapu Reach, Section number 122, 26 acres.
District of North Bank of Wairau, Onamalutu Valley, Sections number 122, 45 acres 2 roods; 123, 39 acres.
District of Havelock Suburban, Sections numbers 56, 73 acres; 57, 70 acres; 74, 39 acres 22 perches; and 78, 24 acres 2 roods.
District of Picton Suburban, Section number 129, 40 acres 17 perches.
District of Kaikoura Suburban, Section number 269, 49 acres.
