WHEREAS the Rent due under a Depasturing License dated the 15th day of February, 1867, upon that portion of the “Spring Valley Run,” in the District of North Bank of Wairau, in the Province of Marlborough, estimated to contain 480 Acres, and bounded towards the North and East by Quartz and Bartlett’s Creeks; towards the South by Section 42; and towards the West by unoccupied Crown Land—has been in arrear since the First day of January, 1873.

Now, therefore, I, CYRUS GOULTER, the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the said Province, do hereby declare that the said License is forfeited.

Dated at the Crown Lands Office, Blenheim, this Twenty-first day of June, 1873.

NOTICE.

I, THE Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Province of Marlborough, do hereby give notice that on Noon on TUESDAY, the Twenty-ninth day of July next, the Allotments of Town Land, Suburban Land, and Rural Land, set forth in the Schedule hereunto annexed, will be put up to Auction, and offered for Sale by Public Competition, at the Survey Office, Blenheim, in the said Province, at the Upset Prices mentioned in the said Schedule, in accordance with the provisions of “The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867.”

Ten per Cent. of the purchase money must be paid at the Sale, and the remainder within one month, or the deposit will be forfeited.

Dated at the Crown Lands Office, Blenheim, in the said Province this Twenty-first day of June, 1873.
