PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor Arthur Penrose Seymour, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough in the Colony of New Zealand.

I, Arthur Penrose Seymour, the Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, do hereby Summon the Provincial Council of the said Province to meet in the Council Chamber, Blenheim, at Three o’clock in the afternoon, on Monday, the Twelfth day of May next, and do proclaim that the Twenty-fifth Session of the said Council shall commence at the said time and place accordingly.

Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Marlborough, at Blenheim, this Twenty-first day of March, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

Crown Lands Office,

Blenheim, March 18th, 1873.

In accordance with Clause 8 of “The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867,” it is hereby notified that the following Land has been Reserved for the protection of the River Banks, under Clause 7 of the said Act:—

All the Crown Land lying between a public road fronting Section 59, Wairau West, and the river Wairau, and between Section 50, Wairau West, and the river Wairau.
