NOTICE.

THE COMMISSIONER OF CROWN LANDS
for the Province of Marlborough,
do hereby give notice that at Noon
on THURSDAY, the Fourteenth day of
November next, the Allotments of Town
Land, Suburban Land, Rural Land, and
Pasture Land, set forth in the Schedule
hereunto annexed, will be put up to Auction,
and offered for Sale by Public Compe-
tition at the Survey Office, Blenheim, in
the said Province; at the upset prices men-
tioned in the said Schedule, in accordance
with the provisions of "The Marlborough
Waste Lands Act, 1867."

Ten per cent. of the purchase money
must be deposited at the Sale, and the re-
mainder within one month, or the deposit
will be forfeited.

Dated at the Crown Lands Office, Blen-
heim, in the said Province, this
Ninth day of October, 1872.
