PROCLAMATION.
By his Honor Arthur Penrose Seymour, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, in the Colony of New Zealand.
IN pursuance of the power vested in me, I, Arthur Penrose Seymour, the Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, do hereby summon the Provincial Council of the said Province to meet in the Council Chamber, Blenheim, at Three o’clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, the Sixteenth day of April next,
and do proclaim that the Twenty-fourth Session of the said Council shall commence at the said time and place accordingly.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Marlborough, at Blenheim, this Nineteenth day of March, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.
