NOTICE

RURAL LAND.
District of Omaka.

I, The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Province of Marlborough, do hereby give notice that at noon on Tuesday, the Sixteenth day of January next, the Allotments of Town Land and Rural Land set forth in the Schedule hereto annexed will be put up to Auction, and offered for Sale by public competition, at the Survey Office, Blenheim, in the said province, at the upset prices mentioned in the said Schedule, in accordance with the provisions of “The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867.”

Ten per cent. of the purchase money must be deposited at the sale and the remainder within one month or the deposit will be forfeited.

Dated at the Crown Lands Office, Blenheim, in the said province, this 8th day of December, 1871.
