NOTICE

I THE Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Province of Marlborough, do hereby give notice that at Noon on Tuesday, the Eleventh day of July next, the allotments of Suburban Land set forth in the Schedule hereunto annexed will be put up to Auction and offered for Sale by Public Competition, at the Survey Office, Blenheim, in this Province, at the upset prices mentioned in the said Schedule, in accordance with the provisions of "The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867."

Ten per cent of the purchase money must be deposited at the sale, and the remainder within one month or the deposit will be forfeited.

Dated at the Crown Lands Office, Blenheim, this Thirty-first day of May, 1871.
