THE following Bye-Law and Regulation of the Council of the Borough of Blenheim are published in compliance with Clauses 191 and 192 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867."

BOROUGH OF BLENHEIM.
BYE-LAW No. 2 of the Borough of Blenheim, made under and in pursuance of the powers and provisions contained in "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867."
The Council of the Borough of Blenheim ordain as follows, that is to say—
The ninth sub-division of the first part of the thirteenth schedule to the said act is hereby adopted in and for the said borough.
Passed by the said Council, the 7th day of February, 1871.

Regulation passed by the Blenheim Borough Council, March 7th, 1871, pursuant to the powers and provisions contained in "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867," under section 6, part 8 of the 13th Schedule.
SLAUGHTER HOUSES.
That the Slaughter Houses within the Borough shall be licensed, the fees payable for such licenses to be ten shillings and sixpence per annum.
