NOTICE.
THE Commissioner of Crown Lands
for the Province of Marlborough, do
hereby give notice, that at Noon on Tues-
day, the Twenty-seventh day of September
next, the Allotments of Town Land, Sub-
urban Land, and Rural Land set forth in
the Schedule hereunto annexed, will be put
up to Auction and offered for Sale by
Public Competition at the Survey Office,
Blenheim, in this Province, at the upset
prices mentioned in the said Schedule, in
accordance with the provisions of "The
Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867."
Ten per cent. of the purchase money
must be deposited at the sale, and the re-
mainder within one month, or the deposit
will be forfeited.
Dated at the Crown Lands Office,
Blenheim, in the said Province,
this Sixteenth day of August,
1870.
