of their seats in the Provincial Council of Marlborough, for the respective Districts of Clarence and Upper Wairau.

DECISIONS as follows in favour of Applicants for Pastoral Leases have been given in accordance with "The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867":

Lewis Walter Stobart — District of Pelorus Sound.

Cradock Beauchamp — District of Queen Charlotte Sound, over so much of the Land included in his application as lies to the east of section No. 2, and a line drawn from the south east corner of that section to an angle of the land granted to J. Toms, containing about 1,800 acres.

IT is hereby notified that Section No. 49, District of Havelock Suburban, containing 150 Acres, has been reserved in accordance with Clauses 56 and 58 of "The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867".

IT is hereby notified that in accordance with clause 7 of "The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867" the Waste Lands Board has reserved the undermentioned Block of Land, as an addition to the Public Cemetery at Picton, viz:—

That Parcel of Land in the District of Picton Suburban containing 5 acres, 1 rood, 19 poles, more or less, and bounded towards the North 570 links by Section 1.151, Town of Picton; towards the East 920 links by Suburban Section 30; towards the South 550 links by Broadway, in the said Town; and towards the West 1,034 links by Crown Land.
