THE following BYE LAW of the Council of the Borough of Blenheim is published in compliance with Clause 191 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867.”

The 4th Subdivision of the 10th Part; and
The 11th Part,
of the 13th Schedule to the said act, are hereby adopted in and for the said Borough.

Passed by the said Council this 16th day of September, 1869.

BOROUGH OF BLENHEIM.

BYE LAW No. 1 of the Council of the Borough of Blenheim, made under and in pursuance of the powers and provisions contained in Section 181 of “The Municipal Corporation Act, 1867.”

“The Council of the Borough of Blenheim ordains as follows, that is to say :-

The 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 8th Subdivisions of the 1st Part;
The 2nd Part;
The 3rd Part;
The 1st and 2nd Subdivisions of the 7th Part;
The 1st and 2nd Subdivisions of the 8th Part

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause X. of “The New Provinces Act, 1858,” I, Stephen Lunn Muller, Principal Returning Officer, do hereby appoint a MEETING of the PROVINCIAL COUNCIL of the Province of Marlborough to take place on TUESDAY, the Twenty-first day of December, 1869, at the hour of Eleven o’clock in the forenoon, in the Provincial Council Chamber, at Blenheim.
