A road one chain wide through section 23, commencing at the north western corner and running along the western side to the south western corner of said section.
WAITOHI DISTRICT.
A road one chain wide through sections 20, 22 and 23, commencing at a point on the southern boundary of section 20, 650 links from the south western corner of said section and running in a right line to the north western corner of said section 22.
A road one chain wide through section 21, commencing at a point on the southern boundary 1500 links from the south eastern corner of said section, and running in a right line to the north western corner of said section.
A road one chain wide through sections 29, 30, 31 and 34, commencing at a point in the southern boundary of section 29, 1800 links from the south eastern corner of said section and running in a right line to a point in the northern boundary of section 29, 1430 links from the north eastern corner of said section, thence along the northern boundary of sections 29, 30 and 31 to the north eastern corner of said section 31.
DISTRICT OF WAITOHI SUBURBAN.
A road one chain wide through sections 1, 2, 3, 4, commencing at the north western corner of section 1151, in the Town of Picton, and running parallel with and 360 links from high water mark Picton Harbor to the narrow neck of land between Picton Harbor and Shakespeare Bay, thence parallel with and 300 links from high water mark Shakespeare Bay, to a point opposite the before mentioned neck of land, thence in a right line north west to the western boundary of section No. 1.
DISTRICT OF QUEEN CHARLOTTE SOUND.
A road one chain wide through a section at Okiwa or the Grove (granted to Joseph Toms) commencing at the mouth of a stream called Te Awa and running along the south bank of that stream to the road on the western side of section 95. Also a road one chain wide, commencing at a point on the northern boundary 2700 links from the north eastern corner of said section, thence running round the head of Momorangi Bay to the south western point of said bay, thence along the coast 300 links from high water mark to the landing place, thence in a right line to Henderson’s Hotel, thence in a right line to Tarrant’s Hotel, thence in a right line to the south eastern corner of section 19 district of Mahakipawa. Also a road one chain wide from the last mentioned road, commencing at a point 5000 links to the northward of and from Tarrant’s Hotel, and running in a right line to the road between sections 53 and 54 district of Mahakipawa. Also a road 100 feet wide from high water mark along the shore bounding the said section at Okiwa (granted to Joseph Toms).
