NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
The roads described in the Schedule annexed are declared to be Public Roads of the Province of Marlborough, in accordance with the right reserved in the Crown Grants of the sections therein enumerated and in pursuance of the provisions of “The Crown Grants Act, 1866.”
Dated at the Crown Lands Office, Blenheim, this fourth day of October, 1869.

DISTRICT OF WAIRAU VALLEY.
A road one chain wide through sections numbered 1, 2, 3, of block 1, commencing at a point 500 links from the South Eastern corner of section 1 of block 1, and running parallel to the original road to a point 500 links from the South Western corner of section 3, of block 1.
A road one chain wide through sections 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12, commencing at a point 500 links from the South Eastern corner of said section 4, and running parallel to the original road to a point 500 links from the South Western corner of said section 12.
A road one chain wide through section 3 of block 1, commencing at the South Western corner of said section, and running in a right line to a point on the Eastern boundary of said section, 1000 links from the South Eastern corner of said section.
A road one chain wide through section 14 of block 1, commencing at the end of the road through section 1 and running in a right line to the South Western corner of section 3 of block 1.
A road one chain wide through section 17, commencing at a point 500 links from the North Eastern corner of said section, and running parallel to the original road to a point 500 links from the North Western corner of said section.
A road one chain wide through sections 5 and 6 of block 1, commencing at a point on the Western boundary of said section 5, 1000 links from the South Western corner of said section 5, and running parallel to Southern boundary of said sections 5 and 6, to a point 1000 links from the South Eastern corner of said section 6.
