NOTICE.

I, the Commissioner of Crown Lands, for
the Province of Marlborough, do
hereby give notice that at noon on THURS-
DAY, the nineteenth day of August next,
the allotments of Suburban Land and
Rural Land set forth in the schedule
hereunto annexed, will be put up to AUC-
TION and offered for SALE by PUBLIC
COMPETITION, at the Survey Office,
Blenheim, in this Province, at the upset
prices mentioned in the said schedule, in
accordance with the provisions of "The
Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867."

Ten per cent of the purchase money
must be deposited at the sale, and the re-
mainder within one month or the deposit
will be forfeited.

Dated at the Crown Lands Office,
Blenheim, in the said Province,
this sixteenth day of July, 1869.
