IN exercise of the power in me for this purpose vested, by the Bankruptcy Act, 1867, and the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868,
I hereby appoint the newspaper called
THE MARLBOROUGH EXPRESS
to be, on and from the fifteenth day of February instant, a Gazette for the purpose of the above mentioned Acts for and within the limits of the Province of Marlborough.
As witness my hand, at Nelson, this fifth day of February, 1869.
