PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor William Henry Eyes,
Esquire, Superintendent of the
Province of Marlborough, in the
Colony of New Zealand.

WHEREAS, by the third section of an Act to provide for the management of Public Cemeteries in the Province of Marlborough, intituled "The Public Cemeteries Act, 1868," it shall be lawful for the Superintendent to vest the management of the several parcels of land described in Schedule A in the persons named in Schedule B to the said Act.

Now therefore I, William Henry Eyes, in pursuance of the power vested in me, do hereby proclaim and declare that the management of the several pieces or parcels of land specified in Schedule A to the said Act, and called Districts Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, respectively, shall be vested in the persons hereinafter named, that is to say:—

District 1—Town of Picton.—Thomas Lloyd Tudor, Augustin Mary Joseph Sauzeau, and Joseph Rowe Gard.

District 2—Town of Havelock.—Thomas Lloyd Tudor, William Lee, Augustin Mary Joseph Sauzeau, George Edward Levien, and William Douslin.

District 3—District of Mahakipawa.—Thomas Lloyd Tudor, Augustin Mary Joseph Sauzeau, William Lee, William Brownlee, and Herbert Gaby.

District 4—Village of Tua Marina.—James Ford Hathaway, Henry Redwood, jun., Henry Francis Butt, and Augustin Mary Joseph Sauzeau.

District 5—District of Omaka.—Henry Francis Butt, Augustin Mary Joseph Sauzeau, Alfred Dobson, and Joseph Ward.

District 6—District of Pelorus Valley.—Thomas Lloyd Tudor, William Lee, Augustin Mary Joseph Sauzeau, George Edward Levien, and William Douslin.

District 7—District of Kaikoura Suburban.—Alexander Wighton Ingles, Thomas Dickenson, Charles Ruck Keene, Augustin Mary Joseph Sauzeau.

Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Marlborough, at Blenheim, this third day of December, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.
