IT is hereby notified, for public information, that the Goodwill of the LEASE for Fourteen Years of the Government Reserve of 1500 acres, on the South side of the Clarence River, will be submitted to public competition, at the Survey Office, Blenheim, on Tuesday, the 22nd December, at 12 noon. Upset Price, £50.
Conditions of Lease may be ascertained at this Office.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.
In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1867; and the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868; and in the matter of the Declaration of Insolvency of Joseph Dempsey, of Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough, and Colony of New Zealand, Saddler.
NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named Joseph Dempsey did, on Saturday, the fourteenth day of November, 1868, file at the Office of the Supreme Court, at Blenheim, a declaration pursuant to the 45th section of the Bankruptcy Act, 1867, that he, the said Joseph Dempsey, was unable to meet his engagements with his creditors.
Dated at Blenheim this 20th day of November, 1868.

A Bay Mare, with Chestnut Colt by her side, no brands, on Oct. 27, 1868, by T. Murphy. Driving fee, 2s., damages, 6d.
A Bay Filly, branded MM conjoined, by M. Hart, on Nov. 9, 1868. Driving fee, 1s. 6d.
If the above are not claimed, and charges paid, within 21 days from the date hereof, the same will be sold.
