Boundaries.—North by Queen Charlotte Sound, and Freehold land; on the East by section 27; on the South by land licensed to J. T. Warren; and on the West by section 24.—Also a block of land bounded on the South-west, North-west, and North by land licensed to J. T. Warren; on the East by a road along section 73; on the South and West by unoccupied Crown land; on the South and North by Deep Bay; and on the East by a road along section 47.
Estimated extent.—1209 acres.

Boundaries.—On the South by section 8 Port Underwood; on the East by the sea, sections 1 and 20 Hakahaka Bay, and Crown land; and on the North-west and West by Crown land.

Estimated extent, 825 acres.
