IT is hereby notified that the undermentioned Block of Land, in the District of Kaikoura Suburban, has been reserved by His Honor the Superintendent as a Public Cemetery:—

All that Parcel of Land, being Section No. 264 on the Plan of the said District, and being about 12 Acres; bounded towards the North, West, and South, by a Public Road; and towards the East by Crown Land.
