Declaring Certain Depasturing Licences Forfeited.
WHEREAS, the Rents due under Depasturing Licence dated the Tenth day of October, 1861, made out in the name of Robert Blaymires for the Run in the District of Pelorus Sound, estimated to contain Nine thousand, seven hundred acres, within the following boundaries:—
“On the North-east by Surveyed land, Freehold land, and Endeavour Inlet, Queen Charlotte Sound; on the Eastward by land purchased by P. Dryden, and by Dryden and Miritu Bays, Queen Charlotte Sound; on the South-east by Native Reserves; on the Southward by Native Reserves, Government Reserves and Tahuahua, Queen Charlotte Sound; on the South-west and West by Coniston Water, and by a line drawn from the Northern point of the surveyed Sections Endeavour Inlet, to Section No. 10, Ohnaparuparu, Coniston Water.”—
And Depasturing Licence dated the Twenty-fifth day of May, 1865, made out in the name of William Soper, for a Run in the District of Wairau West, bounded as follows:—
“Towards the North-east by Crown land; towards the South-east by a public road along the North-western part of Sections numbered 76, 84, and 93, on the plan of the District of Wairau West; towards the West and North-west by the Wairau River;” have been in arrear and unpaid for Three calendar months; Now therefore, I, James Balfour Wemyss, the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Province of Marlborough, do hereby declare and notify that the said Licences are forfeited.
Dated at the Office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, at Blenheim, this Twenty-sixth day of April, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.

HEREBY give notice that the Runs, the Licences of which have this day been declared forfeited, will be put up to auction and offered to be let by public competition to the highest bidder, at the Survey Office, Blenheim, at noon on Tuesday, the 28th day of May, next ensuing, in accordance with the Land Regulations in force in this Province.
