PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor WILLIAM HENRY EYES, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, in the Colony of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by delegation from His Excellency the Governor, the power has been given to me as Superintendent, to make appointments under the “Diseased Cattle Act, 1861.”
Now therefore I, William Henry Eyes, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, in exercise of the power and authority so vested in me, do hereby appoint Mr. THOMAS DICKENSON, of Kaikoura, to be an Inspector of Diseased Cattle under the said Act, and do declare that such appointment shall take effect on and from the Twenty-fifth day of March instant.
Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Marlborough, at the Superintendent’s Office, Blenheim, in the said Province, this ninth day of March, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.
