in the Province of Marlborough aforesaid, dated the 3rd day of September instant, and of hearing Mr. Buckley, of counsel for the petitioner, it is ordered that the said petition be set down for hearing at the Supreme Court House, Nelson, on the 23rd day of November next; and it is hereby further ordered that the said Charles Leer be, and he is hereby appointed, sequestrator, ad interim, of the estate and effects of the said Daniel Bradshaw, and that the said estate and effects shall be taken and held by the said Charles Leer as such sequestrator as aforesaid, until the hearing of the said petition, or until the further order of this Court: And it is hereby declared that this order shall be deemed a vesting order within the meaning of section eight of "The Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865:" And it is hereby further ordered that a meeting of the creditors of the said Daniel Bradshaw shall be held at a time and place to be appointed by the Registrar, at Picton, of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, for the purpose of recommending to this Court the persons to be appointed trustees of the said estate and effects for the benefit of creditors, and the mode to be adopted for winding-up the said estate.

In the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862;" and in the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865;" and in the matter of the Petition of DANIEL BRADSHAW, of Pelorus Sound, in the Province of Marlborough, a debtor.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by order of John Barleyman, Esquire, Deputy-Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough aforesaid, a Meeting of the Creditors of the said Daniel Bradshaw is appointed to be held at the Court House, Picton, on TUESDAY, the 23rd day of October, 1866, at Two o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of recommending to the Court the persons to be appointed Trustees of the said estate and effects for the benefit of creditors, and the mode to be adopted for winding-up the said estate.

Dated this 18th day of September, 1866.
