PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor William Henry Eyes,
Esquire, Superintendent of the
Province of Marlborough, in New
Zealand.

I,
THE SUPERINTENDENT of the
Province of Marlborough, do hereby,
in accordance with the powers vested in me
by Clause 16 of the "Constitution Act,"
declare that the Provincial Council of this
Province stands prorogued.

Given under my hand and Seal, this
Thirty-first day of May, One
thousand eight hundred and
sixty-six.

with the Police Station in that town.

WILLIAM HENRY EYES, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province of
Marlborough, in pursuance of the power
and authority vested in me in this behalf,
do hereby fix and proclaim that the fifteenth
Session of the Provincial Council of Marlborough shall be holden in the Court-House,
Blenheim, in the said Province, and shall
commence on Friday, the fifteenth day of
June, One thousand eight hundred and
sixty-six.

of May, One thousand eight
hundred and sixty-six.

Mr. A. Beauchamp’s Run.
