NOTICE is hereby given that decisions in favor of the following Applicants to depasture Stock have been given, in accordance with the provisions of the Land Regulations of 1st July 1856—
William Soper—District Wairau West
Thomas Carter—District Clarence.
Boundaries not to be definitively settled until plans of the runs have been sent in as required by the regulations.

THE AGENT OF THE UNION BANK OF AUSTRALIA, AT HAVELOCK,
to undertake the office of Gold Receiver for this Province.

NOTICE is hereby given that all the Sections in the Township of Woodstock, enumerated in a Schedule attached to a Proclamation dated 26th January ultimo, under the hand of His Honor the Superintendent of this Province, are withdrawn from the Crown Lands Sale advertised for the 1st March next.

IN accordance with the provisions of the Education Act, Session III., No. 1, I hereby notify that I have appointed Thursday, the 23rd day of February instant, at 12 o’clock, noon, for the Nomination and Election of a Member of the Education Board for the Renwick District, at the Schoolhouse there.
