Ten per cent. of the purchase money to be deposited at the sale, and the remainder within one month or the deposit forfeited.

Given under my hand, at the Superintendent’s Office, Blenheim, this eighth day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.
