Act, do hereby appoint the following place to be the principal Polling Place for the District of Pelorus, for the Election of Members of the Provincial Council of the Province of Marlborough, namely,
THE COURT HOUSE, HAVELOCK.
Given under my hand at the Government House, at Auckland, this seventeenth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.

APPLICATION for a Depasturing License,
in accordance with the Land Regulations of 1st July, 1856, received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands, on the 3rd instant: —
Alexander Svend Dreyer District—North Bank of Wairau.
Boundaries—Towards the north, by the boundary of the Province; towards the east, by Mr. Thomas Carter’s, “North Bank Run,” and partly by Crown Land; towards the south, by Messrs. Robinson and Renwick’s Run; and towards the west, by Government reserve.
Estimated Extent—Under 10,000 acres.
Deposit Paid—£15.
