PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor, Arthur Penrose Seymour, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, in the Colony of New Zealand.

I, ARTHUR PENROSE SEYMOUR, Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby fix and proclaim that the Twelfth Session of the Provincial Council of Marlborough, shall be holden within the Provincial Hall, in the said Province, and shall commence on Monday, the Twenty Sixth day of June, at Six o’clock p.m.

Given under my Hand and Seal, at the Superintendent’s Office, Picton, Marlborough, this Sixth day of June, 1865.

Crown Lands Office,
Picton, 6th June, 1865.

NOTICE is hereby given that a decision in favor of the following applicant to Depasture Stock, has been given in accordance with the provisions of the Land Regulations of July 1st, 1856:—

ROBERT SMITH.—DISTRICT, PELORUS.

Boundaries not to be definitely settled until a Plan of the Run has been sent in as required by the Regulations.

All Reserves and Freehold Land to be shown on the Plan.
