In compliance with the "Land Regulations of 1st July, 1856," notice is hereby given of the Sale of Land included in runs licensed under the said Regulations:—

CROWN LANDS OFFICE,

Picton, 25th October, 1864.

NOTICE is hereby given that all the Sections in the Town of Kai Koura and District of Kai Koura Suburban, enumerated in the Schedules attached to a proclamation dated 27th September ultimo, under the hand of His Honor the Superintendent of this Province, are withdrawn from the Crown Lands Sale advertised for the 31st October instant.

PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor Arthur Penrose Seymour, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, in the Islands of New Zealand.

THE SUPERINTENDENT of the Province of Marlborough, do hereby proclaim that at noon on Tuesday, the Twenty-ninth day of November next, the Commissioner of Crown Lands for this Province will, at the Crown Lands Office, Picton, in this Province, put up to auction and offer to public competition, under the provisions of the Land Regulations now in force within this Province, the allotments of Town land, Suburban land, Rural land, and Pastureland, that are specified in the Schedules hereunto annexed, at the upset prices mentioned therein.

Ten per cent. of the purchase money to be deposited at the sale, and the remainder within one month, or the deposit forfeited.

Given under my hand, at the Superintendent’s Office, Picton, this Twenty-sixth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.
