It is notified for general information that a Writ for the Election of a Member to serve in the Provincial Council of Marlborough, for the District of Clarence, has been returned to me by the Returning Officer, with a certificate that the undermentioned gentleman has been duly Elected as a Member of the Provincial Council of Marlborough, for the said District of Clarence:—
