Regulation of Elections Act, 1858," aforesaid, and all the provisions of the said last mentioned Act shall apply to the Elections of Members of Provincial Councils.

Now know Ye, that I, Sir GEORGE GREY, the Governor of the said Colony, in pursuance of the power and authority in me vested by the said Acts, do hereby appoint the following places to be Polling Places for the Districts hereinafter specified, for the Election of Members of the Provincial Council of the Province of Marlborough, namely :

District of Town of Picton—
The Court House, Picton
The Office of H. B. Huddleston, C.E., Trafalgar-street, Nelson, Province of Nelson.

District of Town of Blenheim—
The Court House, Blenheim
The Office of H. B. Huddleston, C.E., Trafalgar-street, Nelson, Province of Nelson.

District of Lower Wairau—
The Court House, Blenheim
The Office of H. B. Huddleston, C.E., Trafalgar-street, Nelson, Province of Nelson.

District of Queen Charlotte Sound—
The Court House, Picton
The House of Mr. John Keenan, Tory Channel
The Office of H. B. Huddleston, C.E., Trafalgar-street, Nelson, Province of Nelson

District of Tua Marina—
The Ferry House at the Wairau River, kept by Mr. Hathaway
The Office of H. B. Huddleston, C.E., Trafalgar-street, Nelson, Province of Nelson

District of Pelorus—
The House of Mr. C. Yarker, Town of Havelock
The House of Mr. Bradshaw, Hopai Bay, Pelorus Sound

District of Upper Wairau—
The School-house, Renwick Town
The House of Mr. M. Maher, Kaituna

District of Wairau Valley—
The School-house, Wairau Valley
The Office of H. B. Huddleston, C.E., Trafalgar-street, Nelson, Province of Nelson

District of Awatere—
The House of Mr. George M’Rae, Blarich
The House of Mr. Haycock, Richmond Brook Station
The Office of H. B. Huddleston, C.E., Trafalgar-street, Nelson, Province of Nelson

District of Clarence—
The School-house at Mr. J. D. Tetley’s Station
The House of Mr. Fyffe, Kaikoura
The Office of H. B. Huddleston, C.E., Trafalgar-street, Nelson, Province of Nelson.

And I do further appoint the Polling places hereinafter specified to be the Principal Polling Places for such Districts, namely—

District of Town of Picton—

District of Town of Blenheim—
The Court House, Blenheim

District of Lower Wairau—
The Court House, Blenheim

District of Queen Charlotte Sound—
The Court House, Picton

District of Tua Marina—
