NOTICE is hereby given that TENDERS will be received at this Office, on or before 4 o’clock, on TUESDAY, the 10th day of March, 1863, from persons willing to supply TIMBER (as specified under) at the OPAWA DAM, to be delivered where pointed out by a person appointed to superintend the work, viz.:

200 logs of Black Birch Timber, 20 feet long, and not less than 9 inches in diameter,
200 logs ditto ditto ditto,
180 logs ditto 13 feet long ditto,
400 logs ditto 11 feet long ditto.

Separate Tenders are required for the above lots.
