ELECTION NOTICE.

ELECTORAL DISTRICT OF LOWER WAIRAU.

In the Province of Marlborough, New Zealand.

IN pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Regulation of Elections Act, 1858," and also of another Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Provincial Elections Act, 1858," I, Joshua Green, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Lower Wairau, in the said province, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the 23rd day of January, 1863, issued under the hand of His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an Election will be held for the return of two qualified persons to serve as Members of the Provincial Council for the said Electoral District and that the Nomination of Candidates will take place at the House of Mr. Stratford, on FRIDAY, the Twentieth day of February, 1863, at Twelve o’clock at noon, and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken on MONDAY, the Second day of March, 1863.

IN pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Regulation of Elections Act, 1858," and also of another Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Provincial Elections Act, 1858," I, Thomas George Baillie, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Pelorus, in the said province, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the Twenty-third day of January, 1863, issued under the hand of His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an Election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as a member of the Provincial Council of the said province, for the said Electoral District, and that the Nomination of Candidates will take place at the House of Mr. C. Yarker, on MONDAY, the Sixteenth day of February, 1863, at Twelve o’clock at noon, and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken on FRIDAY, the Twenty-seventh day of February, 1863.

In the Province of Marlborough, New Zealand.

IN pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Regulation of Elections Act, 1858," and also of another Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Provincial Elections Act, 1858," I, Thomas George Baillie, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Queen Charlotte Sound, in the said province, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ bearing date the Twenty-third day of January, 1863, issued under the hand of His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an Election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as a member of the Provincial Council of the said province for the said Electoral District, and that the Nomination of Candidates will take place at the House of Mr. John Keenan, Tory Channel, on THURSDAY, the Nineteenth day of February, 1863, at Twelve o’clock at noon, and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken on WEDNESDAY, the Twenty-fifth day of February, 1863.
