SIR,—I do myself the honor to hand you herewith, tabulated statements of the cost to this Province of the inmates of the Hospital, Lunatic Asylum, and Gaol respectively, for the last two years, being a continuation of a similar return for the three years preceding, furnished to you on the 6th June, 1860.
