PROCLAMATION.

By His Honour William Douglas Hall Baillie, Esquire, Superintendent
of the Province of Marlborough, in New Zealand.

I THE SUPERINTENDENT of the Province of Marlborough, do hereby,
in accordance with the powers vested in me by Clause 16 of the Constitution Act, declare the Provincial Council of this province stands prorogued.

Given under my hand and seal, this Twentieth Day of September,
One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-two.
