I HEREBY notify that the undermentioned portion of the Waste Lands of the Crown within the Province of Marlborough, as hereinafter described, has been reserved for purposes of general utility:—
A Block of Land, situated on the North Bank of the Wairau river; bounded on the North partly by section No. 8 of Block I., Hannam’s Brook, and Crown Land; on the South by a Public Road and the Wairau river; on the East by section No. 103; and on the West by a Public Road.
