ERRATUM.—In Gazette No. 21, of October 11.
In line 20, column 2, page 113, read Thursday, the 27th of November, instead of Thursday, the 25th.

WHEREAS by a notice issued from this office on the 8th October, 1860, and published in the New Zealand Government Gazette, No. 21, of the Province of Wellington, on the 26th October, 1860, the East Coast District was sub-divided into Blocks for the purpose of enabling the Commissioner of Crown Lands to give an accurate description of the Land to be included in Crown Grants.

And whereas it is expedient to alter and amend the boundaries of the Pahaua Block in the said District, which for the purpose aforesaid will be as follows, viz. :

PAHAUA BLOCK.

Bounded North by the Kaiwhata River, and by a line, bearing about West, to the source of the Wakatamihini River and by that River till it strikes the Wainuioru River; East by the Sea Coast to the Rerewakaiti River; South by the Rerewakaiti River; and west by the Kai Kai Kuri River, by the Pahaua River, and by the Wainuioru River.

PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Islands of New Zealand.

I, ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby, in pursuance of the Regulations in this behalf, Proclaim and Notify that the several allotments of Land situate in the Pahau and Warehama Blocks, in the East Coast District, in the Province of Wellington, and specified in the Schedule hereto, except such as may be reserved under the provisions hereafter mentioned, will be put up for sale by Public Auction, at the Crown Lands Office, in the Town of Wellington, on FRIDAY, the 19th day of December, 1862, at One o’clock in the afternoon.

If at any time during the sale it may appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands beneficial or expedient for the public service to reserve from sale either of the sections specified in the said Schedule, or vary the order in which they are to be put up, he is hereby authorised to do so.

Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this fifteenth day of September, 1862.
