NOTICE.
THE undermentioned Gentlemen, viz.,
Messrs. G. Moore,
D. Dick,
J. Wood,
H. Sinclair,
W. Wakeham,
W. Fitzherbert,
R. Neill, and
J. Grace, (Chairman)
were elected Wardens for the Wai-nui-o-Mata District, on Saturday, the 26th day of October, 1861.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Wardens of the Wai-nui-o-mata District Road have caused to be made and deposited in the Office of the Provincial Secretary, Wellington, a survey plan and section of the works of an intended road from Peg. No. 60, Section, No. 1, to Peg. No. 85, Section, No. 28; and a book in which is recorded the names of the owners and occupiers of the land on which the road is intended to be made; in terms of the “District Highway’s Act, 1856,” clause 22.

AT the Annual General Meeting of the Rate payers for the above District, held the 22nd November, 1861, the following persons were elected Wardens :—
