STATEMENT of all Moneys received by STEPHEN CARKEEK, Esquire, Collector of Customs for the Province of Wellington, New Zealand, from the First to the Thirty-first day of August, 1861, both days inclusive.

I, STEPHEN CARKEEK, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the foregoing is a true and faithful statement of my account as Collector of Customs for the period herein mentioned, and that the sum of £2974 9s. 1d. sterling, paid by me as above, is the whole amount so received by me from the first to the thirty-first day of August, 1861, both days inclusive, and I do make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
