APPLICATIONS for Depasturing Licenses, in accordance with the Land Regulations, 1st July, 1856, received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands, before the 22nd day of February, 1861.
Courtenay Kenny
District—Pelorus Sound.
Boundaries—On the North and North West by Pelorus Sound; on the West by Waitaki Reach, Pelorus Sound; on the South and South-east by Kauauroa and Beatrix Bays, and by a straight line running in an easterly direction from Beatrix Bay to Akaloa Bay; on the East by Akaloa Bay; and on the North-east by Forsyth Island Bay.
Estimated extent — Under 10,000 acres.
Deposit paid, £15.
Joseph Wilkinson
District—Clarence.
Boundaries—On the East and North-east by runs held by Messrs. Clifford and Weld, and Mr. J. D. Tetley; on the North and North-west by runs held by Messrs. Stafford; and on the South by the Clarence River.
Estimated extent — Under 10,000 acres.

NOTICE is hereby given that DEPOSITS for LICENSES to DEPASTURE STOCK have been given, in accordance with the provisions of the Land Regulations, 1st July, 1856.

Boundaries not to be definitely settled until plans of the Runs have been sent in, as required by the Regulations.
All Reserves and Freehold Land to be shown on the plans.
