IN accordance with the provisions of the Waste Lands Regulations, NOTICE is hereby given that a DISPUTE as to the undermentioned BOUNDARY of RUNS will be heard at this Office on TUESDAY, the 15th day of January instant, at One o’clock, p.m., between

NOTICE is hereby given, that a SPECIAL MEETING of JUSTICES, having jurisdiction in the Province of Marlborough, will be held at the Court House, Blenheim, on WEDNESDAY, the 13th day of February next, to take into consideration an application for the alteration of a certain Road in the Town of Blenheim, under the provisions of the “Alteration of Roads Act, 1860.”

a Member of the Executive Council of this Province.

IN accordance with the provisions of the Land Regulations now in force in the Province of Marlborough, I do hereby notify and declare that the Pasture Occupation License to that portion of Run held under the Pasture Occupation License, dated first day of January, 1856, granted to John Tinline, and transferred the 28th April, 1859, to Robert Tinline, in the Amuri, included within the rivers Conway and the streams Hundalee and Blackburn, called the Ferryhurst Run, is, through non-compliance with the said regulations, forfeited; and that I shall let the said Run, to which the said License relates, by Public Auction (whereof one month’s notice shall be given) to the highest bidder for a term of fourteen years, subject to the conditions of the said Regulations.
