Boundaries—The sea, Forsyth’s Island, Pelorus Sound.

Boundaries—The sea, Blumine Island across to Endeavour Inlet, up the gully to the head of Queen Charlotte’s Sound.

Thomas Jonas Bowden and Richard Bowden.

District—Picton.
Boundaries—From Etana native reserve, on the south side of Tory Channel, to the South Heads, by the Coast Line partly, and partly by land held by T. J. Bowden in freehold; from the South Head to Rununder Point in the Straits by the Coast Line, and from Rununder Point, along the ridge to Etana native reserve.
Estimated extent—Under 10,000 acres.

Samuel Bowler.

District—Port Underwood.
Boundaries—On the north by land purchased by M. Aldridge, Ocean Bay, Port Underwood; leading up the ridge on the south side of the said bay to the wooded summit; on the west by the top of hills dividing Waiotha and Port Underwood; on the south by the run applied for by T. J. Bowler; on the east by the sea.
Estimated extent—About 5000 acres.

Courtenay Kenny & Edward C. Morgan.

District—Queen Charlotte’s Sound.
Boundaries—On the north-east by Government road reserve over the Tory Moana Bay neck and Maori reserve; south and south-east by south-west arm of Queen Charlotte’s Sound; south-west and west by the Maori reserves called ‘Mangata’ and ‘Twiti Guaroa’; north by the Coniston Water (Kenepuru) north-west by the Mahau Sound.
Estimated extent—Under 10,000 acres.
Deposit paid, £15.

Richard K. Newcome.

District—Awatere.
Boundaries—North by Mr. E. Stafford’s back boundary, being a line drawn along the summit of the Kaikoras range for four miles; west by the spurs of the Malvern (or Morvern) hill; east by the run formerly held by Dr. Bedborough; south by the northern boundary of the run applied for by Mr. Hugh Stafford.
Estimated extent—Under 10,000 acres.

Henry Hardy.

District—Queen Charlotte’s Sound.
Boundaries—North by Mr. Kerr’s application at Jackson’s Head; east and south by Queen Charlotte’s Sound and Endeavour Inlet; south-west by R. Blaymires’ north-eastern boundary of application; north-west by Gore’s western boundary of application.
Estimated extent—Under 10,000 acres.

Samuel Bowler.

District—Wairau.
Boundaries—On the north by S. Bowler’s southern boundary of run; on the west by bought land; on the south by Maori reserve; on the east by the sea.
Estimated extent—Under 10,000 acres.

So much as is not included in the previous application of John Gibson.

Boundaries not to be definitely settled until plans of the Runs have been sent in as required by the Regulations.
