PROCLAMATION.

By John Davies Ormond, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of
Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of
New Zealand.

JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of
Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim, and notify, that at 12 o’clock noon Monday,
the eighth day of May, 1876, in the
Crown Lands Office, at Napier, the
Commissioner of Crown Lands will
offer to public competition under the
provisions of the Land Regulations now
in force in this Province, rural sections,
Clyde; agricultural section, Turiroa
Reserve; rural section, Pakiaka; rural
sections Eparaima Bush; rural sections,
Puketitiri Reserve; town sections,
Napier; and rural land at Tautane and
Wakarara; that are referred to in the
Schedule hereunto annexed, and at the
upset prices mentioned therein.

Dated at Napier this 6th day of March,
1876.

The following Lots, 1493, 1494, and 1495, were certified as unagricultural
prior to the passing of “The Hawke’s Bay Waste Lands Regulations Amendment Act, 1874,” but were unsurveyed.
They are now offered for sale at the upset
price of five shillings per acre, under the
provisions contained in Clause 2 of the
said Act.
