BY VIRTUE of the power vested in me by Clause 5 of the “Highway’s Act, 1871,” I hereby call a meeting of the ratepayers of the Waipawa Highways District, to be held in the Rechabite Hall, Waipawa, on Monday, the 16th day of October, 1876, at 7.30 p.m.
