NOTIFICATION.

Napier, September 2, 1876.

BY VIRTUE of the power vested in me by Clause 5 of the “Highways Act, 1871,” I hereby call a meeting of the ratepayers of the Waipukurau Highways District, to be held in the School-house, Waipukurau, on Tuesday, the 26th day of September, 1876, at 12 o’clock noon.

I JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby notify that the names of Boards of Wardens and Chairman elected under the provisions of the “Highways Act, 1871,” of the Havelock Road Board District, are as under—

Chairman—JAMES BOYLE.

Wardens—JAMES BOYLE,
WILLIAM DOUGLASS,
GEORGE GRANT,
SAMUEL STONE,
ROBERT BADER.
