PROCLAMATION.

By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me by the “Educational Reserves Act, 1861,” and the Reserves Administration Act, 1864,” of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, I do hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the schedule hereunder mentioned will be offered for lease for a period of twenty-one years, by public auction, under the said Acts, subject to the conditions hereinafter set out at the office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands on Tuesday, the 10th day of October, 1876.

Dated this first day of July, in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six.

I, JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, by virtue of the power vested in me under “The Protection of Animals Act, 1873,” do hereby appoint

JAMES WARRELOW, of Hastings, settler
ARTHUR HARRISON, of Clive, Grange Gamekeeper
JOHN MADEGAN, of Havelock, Police Constable
JAMES ROBINSON, of Waipawa, Police Corporal, and
WILLIAM HAGGARD, of Riverslea, Gamekeeper

To be Rangers under the provisions of the said Act.

Dated this 1st day of July, in the year of Our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six.
