JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the "Educational Reserves Act 1875," hereby fix and appoint that the first meeting of the Board of Commissioners for Educational Reserves of the Province of Hawke's Bay shall be held at the Council Chamber, Napier, on Friday, the fifth day of May, 1876, at 2.30 p.m.

PROCLAMATION.

By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.

JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay aforesaid, do hereby proclaim and notify, that the land described in the annexed Schedule is withdrawn from sale in pursuance of the "Hawke's Bay Waste Lands Regulations Amendment Act 1874," from the day of the date hereof.

Dated at Napier this first day of May, in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six.
