PROCLAMATION.
By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Island of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by an Act of the Provincial Council of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, Session 12, No. 1, it is amongst other things enacted that the Superintendent may from time to time by proclamation, appoint Pounds and Poundkeepers at such places as he may think fit, and at any time annul such appointment and make others.
Now, therefore I, JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby appoint
Mr. Edward Coltman
Poundkeeper of the Public Pound hereby appointed, situate at Tahoraite, at or convenient to the residence of Edward Coltman, Licensed Publican.
Given under my hand and seal of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, this 5th day of November, 1875.

REGULATION NO. 1.
REGULATION of the Municipal Council of the Borough of Napier, made under special order of the said Council, dated the fourth day of October, 1875, confirmed the twenty-eighth day of October, 1875, and sealed with the common seal of the Council of the said Borough, the 26th day of October, 1875.
In pursuance of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867,” Schedule 13, Part X., Subdivision 1, Section 42, the Municipal Corporation of the Borough of Napier make the following regulation, that is to say —
“That the fee chargeable for all transfers of hackney, carriage, Borough stage, and cart licenses shall be fixed at 2s 6d.”
Passed by the said Council this fourth day of October, 1875.
