All public Notifications which appear in this Gazette, with any Official Signature thereunto annexed are to be considered as Official Communications made to those persons to whom they relate, and are to be obeyed accordingly.

PROCLAMATION.

By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.

WHEREAS by a Proclamation under the hand of Donald M'Lean, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, dated the 3rd day of June, 1865, the land described in the Schedule hereto was, inter alia, reserved for public purposes;
and whereas it is desirable to revoke the said Proclamation so far as it relates to the said land described in the said Schedule.

Now, therefore, I, the said JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent as aforesaid, by virtue and in exercise of all powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby revoke and annul the said Proclamation so far as it relates to the said land described in the Schedule hereto and no further.

Given under my hand at Napier this 24th day of October, 1875.

SCHEDULE.

All that block of land containing by admeasurement twenty-three acres and three roods, more or less, being Section No. 33, Eparaima; bounded towards the north by the Huatukituki Stream; towards the east by section No. 34, two thousand six hundred links; towards the south by the property of G. Hunter, Esq., six hundred and fifty links, and section No. 23, three hundred and fifty links; and towards the west by section No. 32, three thousand eight hundred and fifty links.

PROCLAMATION.

By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.

WHEREAS by a Proclamation under the hand of Donald M'Lean, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, dated the 23rd day of January, 1865, the land described in the Schedule hereto was reserved for public purposes;
and whereas it is desirable to revoke the said Proclamation.

Now, therefore, I, the said JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent as aforesaid, by virtue and in exercise of all powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby revoke and annul the said Proclamation.

Given under my hand at Napier this 28th day of October, 1875.

SCHEDULE.

All that block of land containing by admeasurement sixty-two acres, more or less, being section numbered fourteen in the Agricultural Reserve of Hampden; bounded towards the north by a public road, two thousand links; towards the east by section numbered twelve, three thousand one hundred links; towards the south by section numbered thirteen, two thousand links; and towards the west by section numbered twenty-five, three thousand one hundred links.
