WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
In the matter of the “Execution of Judgment against Real Estate Act, 1867,”
Joseph LeQuesne, Execution Creditor, and
Alexander Todd, Execution Debtor.
To the abovenamed debtor, and to all persons whom it may concern.
TAKE notice that by virtue of Her Majesty’s writ, to me directed in that behalf, I have levied upon and taken in execution, at the suit of the abovenamed Execution Creditor, the equity of redemption in the undermentioned freehold land, situate at Meanee.
All that piece or parcel of land situate at Meanee, in the Province of Hawke’s Bay, being subdivision No. 58 on a plan of the subdivision of Meanee suburban section No. 9, bounded towards the N.W. by subdivision No. 92, 100 links; towards the N.E. by other part of said suburban section No. 9, 150 links; towards the S.E. by Powdrell-street, 230 links; and towards the W. by subdivision No. 59.
This property is subject to a mortgage dated the 8th day of February, 1875, made between the said Execution Debtor of the one part, and A. H. Price, of Motuotaraia, in the Province of Hawke’s Bay, sheepfarmer, of the other part, to secure the sum of £100 and interest at £10 per cent. per annum.
And further take notice that I shall cause the said equity of redemption in the said parcel of land to be sold by public auction, at the Government Buildings, Napier, after the expiration of three calendar months from the date hereof, to wit on the 5th day of January, 1876.
And further take notice that A. R. W. Lascelles, of Hastings-street, Napier, is the solicitor for the abovenamed Execution Creditor.
