IT IS HEREBY notified for general information that

Mr. Edward Bissell

has been appointed Schoolmaster for the Havelock School. Appointment to take effect from the 16th August, 1875.

JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, do hereby notify that the names of the Board of Wardens and Chairman elected under the provisions of the "Highways Act, 1871," of the Meanee Highway District, are as under—
